I first discovered melting glass in a kiln when my husband surprised me with a great birthday gift . He registered me for a weekend Adult Fused Glass Workshop at a local craft center. I was hooked immediately. It's been a few years now, and I have taken multiple class and purchased my own table top kiln. Much of where I've traveled creatively speaking, has been on my own. My jaunt as a painting major shines through in my latest work. Organic shapes and compositions from nature frequent my pendants the most. Painting with enamels has brought my work to a new level.

For fun, I've just begun teaching some classes myself at Meiklem Kilnworks in Bozrah, CT. If you're in the area, stop on by. My work can also be found locally at Indigo Lily Co. a smashing little boutique in Colchester, CT and The Nac Gallery in downtown Norwich,CT.
